CUSTARD PUDDING (Khaidawati)

CUSTARD PUDDING (Khaidawati)

Custard:
1 cup custard powder
6 cups water
Condensed milk to taste
1 can mixed fruit

Sauce:
1 tin evaporated milk
½ tin water
1 egg (separate yolk and white)
Sugar to taste
1 tsp vanilla

Method:
Stir custard with water.
Add in the condensed milk to taste.
3. Heat on the stove. Keep stirring until it thickens and bubbling.
4. Put into moulds and refrigerate.
5. For the sauce: Beat egg yolk with sugar and add evaporated milk + ½ can of water.
6. Heat the mixture but not boiling. Add vanilla.
7. Whisk egg white until stiff and add to the sauce.
8. Serve with mixed fruits
